- Summary
- Beginning with work created after he had been painting for several years, painter and sculptor Stuart Diamond speaks about his philosophy of art and the effect that experimentation with different materials and different working environments (urban, rural) has had on his psychology and the type of work created. Diamond shows how his work has evolved from painting on canvas to complex sculpture by the introduction of additional elements (e.g. pieces of wood) to the paintings. Diamond also employs the word "play," as in plays on words or play between elements and ideas embodied in the composition frequently. The recording is incomplete
