- Summary
- "The story follows a family into July, a time when the city's collective mood is bubbling with anger. The events captured in this narrative happened precisely within the period of June 8 to 21. The start of the Anti-Extradition Law Protests has driven many Hong Kong families into conflict as different political and generational views turned into fights within the home, hurting many relationships. This comic features one such family. It's told from the perspective of the child and mom, and how they chose a time so symbolic as Father's Day on June 16th to join dad on a protest march. Me and My Parents Go Protesting was first submitted anonymously. It's edited by Vince Chan @chanwanvincy, written by comic artist Jason Li @hongkonggong @addoilcomics. The comic is also available as open source material to be freely printed."--Zine Coop description
