Many plant-focused and herbal medicine zines exist, but few of them explore any methods of preparing herb medicine beyond simple infusions and decoctions. This zine seeks to remedy this by giving detailed instructions about menstra, tinctures, salves, creams, sitz baths, salt scrubs, and more. The essay 'This is Anarcho-Herbalism', originally by Laurel Luddite, is also included
